Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer You acknowledge and agree that: AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information AI outputs are automated and not human-verified in real time You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before use in business operations We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property Rights Company Ownership Legacy Flow retains full ownership of: Software systems AI models and configurations Templates and workflows Branding, design, and proprietary technology All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Client Ownership Clients retain ownership of: Their business data Customer information they provide Their brand materials AI Outputs AI-generated outputs are: Licensed to the client for internal business use only Not transferable, resellable, or sublicensable without written consent Not considered exclusive intellectual property of the client

11. Disclaimer of Warranties Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: Specific business results Accuracy of AI outputs Continuous or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages We are not responsible for lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruptions Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months

13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Basquiat LLC d/b/a Legacy Flow from any claims arising from: Your use of the Services Your violation of these Terms Misuse of AI outputs Any unlawful business activity conducted using the Services

14. Third-Party Services Our Services integrate with third-party providers including: OpenAI GoHighLevel We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policies of third-party platforms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Disputes will be handled through: Good-faith negotiation first Followed by binding arbitration or court proceedings in Missouri, if required
